Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services and digital products purchased from Harmelix Music. Because our work is custom and delivered digitally, this policy sets clear expectations on both sides so every project is handled fairly. Please review it before placing an order.
Harmelix Music delivers custom audio work and digital products created specifically for each client. As a result, our refund terms differ from those of standard physical goods. This policy describes the situations in which a refund may be granted, partially granted or declined, and how to request one.
Our priority is always to complete your project to a professional standard. In most cases, concerns can be resolved through the revision process rather than cancellation. We encourage you to communicate any issues early so we can address them directly.
For custom services such as production, mixing, mastering, songwriting and editing, work begins as soon as your order is confirmed. Because our time and craft are committed from that point, refund eligibility depends on the stage the project has reached.
- Before any work has started, you may cancel for a full refund minus any non-recoverable transaction fees.
- Once work has begun but no deliverable has been sent, a partial refund may be issued reflecting the work already completed.
- After a deliverable has been provided, refunds are generally not available; concerns are addressed through the included revisions.
Digital products — including beat licenses, sample packs and production templates — are delivered instantly and are non-returnable once access or download has been provided. Because these items cannot be returned in the way a physical product can, all sales of digital products are final unless the file is defective or materially not as described.
Subscription plans are billed in advance for each period. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation will stop future billing. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the relevant benefits until the end of that period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Scheduled lessons and consultation sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Sessions cancelled within the notice window, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered and are non-refundable. Where we need to reschedule a session on our side, you will be offered a new time at no additional cost.
To request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and include your order reference, the service or product in question, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to review every request promptly and will respond with a decision or a request for further information within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be granted where a project has been completed and approved, where dissatisfaction relates to subjective creative preference after the agreed revisions have been delivered, where delays were caused by missing materials or feedback, or where a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the matter with us directly.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider and is outside our control. We will confirm once a refund has been processed on our side.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Orders are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing this document before each order.
